If the problem you face is with the noise cancellation not happening in an expected way, send a report this way.
Send a report from the app
We do our best to ensure that Krisp works reliably and without any issues. However, if you encounter a problem while using the app, here is what to do:
- Open the Krisp app.
- Select the Menu icon at the top right corner of the window.
- Click Report a Problem and tell us about your issue in the Description field.
Make sure to include the system information for debugging so that our engineers troubleshoot the problem.

Send a report in a signed-out state
If you encounter a problem in the signed-out state, you can still report the problem for further investigation.
- Open the Krisp app.
- Select the Menu icon at the top right corner of the window.
- Click Get debug logs.
- Deliver the system information to us via the preferred channel.
- Open the Krisp app.

- Click Report a Problem >>> Get debug logs.
