Who can use this?

Settings page gives an overview of the current setup of your team and allows you to make adjustments.
To access the team settings, you need to sign in to your Krisp Admin Portal and click Settings on the left panel.

The team admin can control the team members' access to different Krisp features from those tabs.

- The controls will take effect when users are logged in to that specific team account in the Krisp app.
- Each of these controls may affect users on specific platforms. Check the platform icon(s) next to the control to see users on which platforms will be affected.

Select Krisp release channel

Allow Krisp updates
With this option, you can control how users receive and interact with Krisp app updates. Check out this article for more details.

Set Krisp Microphone as system default
The option is disabled by default. If you check this box, Krisp Microphone will become the system's default device in calling apps regardless of whether Microphone Noise Cancellation is on or off. -
Set Krisp Speaker as system default
The option is disabled by default. If you check this box, Krisp Speaker can become the system's default device in calling apps regardless of whether Microphone Noise Cancellation is on or off. You can enforce it as system default or set it to the user's choice.

Enable Widget content protection
This feature allows Team Admins to enable content protection for the Krisp Widget, making it invisible to screen-capturing tools during screen sharing or recording. -

Remove Quit Krisp from app
With this option, you can remove the Quit functionality from the Krisp app, so that your team users will be able to relaunch Krisp instead.

You may change your team name from this control:

Enforce Microphone noise cancellation toggle state to be Always ON
The option is disabled by default. If you check this box, the Microphone Noise Cancellation toggle in the Krisp app will always be enabled. The users won’t be able to change the toggle state. -
Enforce Speaker noise cancellation toggle state to be Always ON/Always OFF
The option is disabled by default. If you want to control the Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle state, you should check this box and choose one of the options:- Always ON >>> The Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle will always be enabled.

Always OFF >>> The Speaker Noise Cancellation toggle will always be disabled.

Enable delay of Speaker Noise Cancellation when call start
The option is disabled by default. If you want to have a delay of Speaker Noise Cancellation at the call start, you should check the box and choose one of the options. The control allows to not miss pre-call ringtones because of the Noise Cancellation. -

Use CPU optimized Noise Cancellation mode for Call Center environment
The option is disabled by default. If you want to have CPU optimized noise cancellation for your Call Center, check the box.

Show usage analytics based on Windows username
This will allow Krisp to collect Windows username information from logged in device and provide user-level stats in your Analytics reports.

The team admin can decide which notification team members can get from Krisp.

Security page of your Admin Portal
There are 3 sections in this tab.

The option is disabled by default. For additional security, you can set a custom limitation on how long your team members stay signed in to the Krisp app and their Krisp account dashboard. This time period is called Session duration and can be controlled from the Security section.
If you check this box and choose one of the options, the users will automatically be logged out from the Krisp app and their Krisp account dashboard after the set period. This control also gives the chance to match the IdP and Krisp app/account dashboard Session duration if you set up SSO/SCIM for your team.
If you uncheck the box, the default Session duration logic works, and the users will automatically be logged out:
- from the Krisp account dashboard after 30 days regardless of their activity..
- from the Krisp app after 30 days of inactivity.

SCIM
The option is available for the Enterprise plan accounts. Contact your Account Executive if you want to activate SCIM for your account.

Enforce SSO
If you check the box, all the admins and users of your team will be forced to sign in with SSO.
